Artificial Intelligence has alot of advantages. They can take risks instead of humans (Going to mars etc) but if it falls into the wrong hands it could be very deadly and could even destroy our civilization. But that's not the only problem with AI. In a couple of years AI is going to be better than human's in working for companies which can lead to mass unemployment. Just think about it, if you can purchase a robot for some thousands of dollars which is going to work for you day and night without rest and be very effecient, why would you hire people and pay them salary every month for doing the work when they take holiday's on weekends and sleep at night, and probably their work will also not be as good as the work submited by a robot. Artificial Intelligence is also making humans lazy. In the future, you probably don't need to even cook food as just one voice command could signal a robot to cook food. AI is important in many ways, true, but it is going to disturb the balance of empoyment and employers. AI is far more dangerous than nukes! If a country thinks of using AI robots in a war then that could cause a world war 3! AI robots don't have emotions, they just do what they are programmed to do. If you program a AI robot to do a crime then it will do it without even thinking about it for a second because that is what it is programmed to do. Artificial Intelligence should be kept at a limit. We should not make robots capable of using armed weapons and we should not make robots which are better than humans. If we follow this limitation then there is not going to be that big of a problem with AI. If AI is kept under this limitation, it can help humanity in many ways. By reducing the mortality rate in severe surgerys to carrying out fire rescue missions, robots can be of great help. Artificial Intelligence could also reduce road accidents by autonomous vehicles. By this we can conclude that Artificial Narrow Intelligence (ANI) can be very helpful for humanity and could also save lives, but on the other hand, if Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) is produced, then AI can be a great threat to the human civilization.
