Cycling is said to be one of the best physical activities. The reason is because running, walking, playing a sport or exercising on a particular place are not as fun as going fast in a cycle feeling the breeze. While driving a vehecle it feels good to go fast and if you want to do so in a cycle then you have to peddle fast inturn increasing the workout. So, for me cycling is my favorite sport. it is more fun during mornings when there is a lot of fog and the the temperature is a bit low. Cycling is fun, refreshing and a very good workout for your body. So I recommend everyone to go for cycling every morning. But, one thing to always remember is that we should ride in a speed that is controllable. Cycle accidents can cause serious injuries and in some cases may also lead to death. Cycles must be properly oiled, cleaned and repaired always because if there is a fault chain or a fault peddle we may slip and fall down. Whenever we go fast in cycles we must hold our handles tightly. Cycling also improves our IQ(intellegence quotient) as more blood circulates to our brain and helps in weight loss. If your searching for a way by which you can decrease weight in a fun way cycling is the thing for you. As a conclusion, cycling is fun, refreshing and very beneficial for our health so it is one of the most fun sports. But, it must be performed safely.
